Renovation of an educational facility in N Dartmouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The SENG Building Systems Upgrade Project will address urgently needed repairs and upgrades to the building envelope, base building HVAC system, fire alarm and fire sprinkler system and building accessibility. This renewal project will correct a large backlog in deferred maintenance and in accessibility improvements needed to reset the facility and allow for future unencumbered programmatic renovations. Only trade contractor firms that have been pre-qualified by the committee pursuant to MGL CH 149A process can submit bids. Shawmut Construction has been hired as Construction Manager. The Owner's Project Manager is Compass Project Management, Inc. and the Project Designer is Ellenzweig.
