Bidders hereby propose to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services required to remove and replace all the windows, sliding glass doors and front doors at all units in the residential building located at 7995 Telephone Road and 1050 Partridge Drive Ventura, CA. Q/A Cutoff Date: 08/16/202017 Q/A Cutoff Time: 04:00 PM CDT Approximate Delivery Date / Start Date: 08/24/2020 All bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee which shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The successful bidder shall furnish an assurance of completion prior to the execution of any contract under this solicitation. This assurance shall be in the form of a performance and payment bond in a penal sum of 100 percent of the contract price. The Housing Authority of the City of San Buenaventura (Authority) will evaluate bids in response to this solicitation based on the comparative cost estimate for the window and door retrofit work. The basis of award is "lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements of the solicitation". Authority may reject any and all bids and waive informalities or minor irregularities in bids received, in accordance with Authority written policies and procedures.
