Location / Site Directions: City of Nodaway Estimated Value: Base Bid:$74,900; Alternate A:$138,925 The extent of the WORK involved consists generally of: Nodaway Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation - Selected Manholes Only (Base Project): Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals to construct and complete the rehabilitation of selected sanitary sewer manholes, including, but not limited to, the following approximate quantities: 224 VF of Manhole Rehabilitation; 2 EA Watertight Frame and Cover; 5 EA Reinstall Existing Frame and Cover; Sealing of Manhole Leaks; Seal Manhole Pipe Penetration Leaks at Grouted Pipe; Surfacing Replacement; Traffic Control; Mobilization; and miscellaneous associated work. Alternate A - Nodaway Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation - All Manholes: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals to construct and complete the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes, including, but not limited to, the following approximate additional quantities: 459 VF of Manhole Rehabilitation; 3 EA Watertight Frame and Cover; 12 EA Reinstall Existing Frame and Cover; Sealing of Manhole Leaks; Seal Manhole Pipe Penetration Leaks at Grouted Pipe; Surfacing Replacement; Traffic Control; Mobilization; and miscellaneous associated work.
