Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
1. Construction of a new triplex sanitary sewer lift station. 2. Demolition of an existing sanitary sewer lift station. 3. Construction of approximately 2,450 linear feet of 15-inch sanitary sewer gravity main including manholes and other appurtenances. 4. Construction of approximately 2,345 linear feet of 10-inch sanitary force main and 920 linear feet of 4-inch sanitary force main. 5. Clearing, grubbing, excavation, and grading necessary to construct approximately 940 linear feet of 5-foot wide drainage way. 6. Site work, site restoration, asphalt and crushed stone paving, miscellaneous piping, and other miscellaneous work. 7. Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls. 8. All other work required by the Contract Documents. Estimated Value: Base+A. $2,767,880; Base+B. $2,716,120 Payment will be refunded if the Plans and Documents are 1) returned of within fourteen (14) days after the Award of the Project and 2) the Plans and Documents are in a reusable condition. If they are not returned, or returned past the deadline, or are not in a reusable condition as judged by the Engineer, the deposit shall be forfeited.
