Site work and new construction of a civil project in Rosanky, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a road / highway.

The Work shall include furnishing all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous items necessary for the complete construction of approximately 89,000 LF of 42-/48-inch water line and appurtenances. The Work also includes a parallel fiber optic installation. In addition to the Segment A alignment, the parallel fiber installation also includes ARWA's raw water infrastructure, the Water Treatment Plant site, the Segment B pipeline, and the Booster Pump Station site, totaling approximately 158,000 LF. Each bond shall be issued in an amount of 100% of the Contract Amount by a solvent corporate surety company authorized to do business in the State of Texas, and shall meet any other requirements established by law or by the OWNER. OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor informality in a proposal or in the solicitation process.
