The Project contemplated consists of the following: T 1) Demolition of existing slabs and beams in 20 locations; 2) Jet Probing of all pile foundations (116 places); 3) Construction of a total of 23 dolphins (8 different types) which includes: Material Procurement and Installation of the Dolphin Pipe Pile foundations (116 piles) Material Procurement and Installation of the Dolphin Reinforced Concrete Cap; 4) Procurement and Installation of Cast Steel Mooring Bollards: seven (7) 200-ton and seven (7) 100-ton; 5) Procurement and Installation of Foam Filled Fenders: seventeen (17) Extra High Capacity 7' x 14'; 6) Environmental Controls as required by the Conditions of the USACE permit. The Work will be completed in all respects on or before July 29, 2022. The Proposal question deadline has been changed as noted herein, and modifies the deadline stated in the RFP. The new Proposal question deadline is 5:00 pm on June 17, 2021. Each Proposal must be submitted on the prescribed Proposal Form and accompanied by Proposal security as prescribed in the Instructions to Respondents. The Successful Respondent will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the RFP Documents. In order to perform public work, the Successful Respondent and Subcontractors prior to contract award shall hold or obtain such licenses as required by State Statutes, and federal and local Laws and Regulations. Nonresident Respondents shall conform to Government Code 2155.004 prior to submitting Proposal. Respondent shall use prevailing wage rates as contained in RFP document. Respondent shall be in compliance with Texas Family Code 231.006 to receive payments on a Contract from state funds. Respondent shall certify that neither Respondent, nor person represented by Respondent, nor any person acting for the represented person has: Violated the antitrust laws codified by Chapter 15, Business and Commerce Code, or the federal antitrust laws; or Directly or indirectly communicated the Proposal to a competitor or other person engaged in the same line of business.
