Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Satellite Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This request is for a qualified firm to construct improvements to Park Ave from S Patrick Dr to SR A1A. Improvements include road rehabilitation, curbing, stormwater pipe/structures, and related improvements. Bid Bond Required - Yes Bid Bond Amount - 5% Question End Date 8/26/2020 5:00 PM Upon award, the successful bidder will also be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory contract, one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Construction Bonds, to be recorded by the vendor, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Brevard County, Florida and to enter into a contract for services with the City of Satellite Beach.
