Demolition, site work and addition to a stadium in Satellite Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

A. The Algonquin Sport Complex Expansion shall include 1. The demolition of existing site features to include, but not limited to, the existing grass and topsoil, utilities, and other appurtenances as detailed in the Contract Documents. 2. The construction of the multipurpose athletic field including the installation of a subsurface drainage system, tennis, basketball, pickleball, amenities building and shade structures, and other appurtenance, as detailed in the contract documents. 3. Expansion of the parking and access drive. 4. Electrical conduit for athletic lighting, scoreboard systems, and field access. 5. Various site improvements to include landscaping, walkways, fencing, and all other requirements, as detailed in the contract documents. 6. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 7. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. 8. All other work is indicated on the contract plans and/or specifications.
