The Project consists of site work, storm sewer work, and sanitary work in preparation and anticipation of the New Montessori School Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of Base Bid(s) shall accompany each Proposal (refer to Section 00 4313) All Contractors bidding on Work in excess of $50,000.00 must be bondable and must include in their Proposal the cost for furnishing a Performance Bond and Payment Bond listing Traverse City Area Public Schools as Obligee (refer to Section 00 6100). A current Contractor Qualification Statement must be on file with Miller-Davis Company in order to be awarded a Contract (refer to Specification Section 00 4513) Bidders Request for Information: Submission cut off is Monday August 10, 2020 at 4:30 PM (refer to Section 00 4300).
