Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waller, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project consists of a new park and asphalt roadway extension in Precinct 3. The park will consist of an asphalt parking lot, walking trail, concrete pads for benches, tables, and a canopy, grading for a future playground, and drainage facilities. The project also includes the extension of Binford Circle, two new asphalt driveways, and the reconstruction of four existing driveways. The successful Bidder shall perform the Scope of Work to the extent necessary (a) for the proper execution and completion of the Work under the Contract; (b) to supervise and direct the Work in a safe manner and perform all Work in accordance with the Contract, Applicable Law, Applicable Permits and Industry Standards; (c) to achieve Final Completion of the project; and (d) in conformance with the Contract Documents and the Technical Specifications and such that the Work is in compliance with the Contract, Industry Standards, Applicable Codes, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits. The successful Bidder is responsible for identifying, coordinating, and conforming scope, specifications, and recommendations of assigned project(s) to meet legal and regulatory parameters/constraints, codes and applicable requirements set forth by agencies, including, but not limited to the State of Texas, the Texas General Land Office (GLO), Harris County, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), and any other local codes or agencies as they may apply.
