Site work for a water / sewer project in Waller, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the installation of 4,000 LF of 8-inch waterline by trenchless and open cut construction, including all necessary fittings appurtenances, and flushing hydrant assembly's running along Stokes Rd., Business 290, crossing Business 290 and United Pacific Railroad, and running along north side of Old Washington Rd. to site. The pipe will be encased in 16-inch steel casing crossing Business 290 and UPRR. Along Old Washington Rd there are two Entergy and two Energy Transfer pipelines that will be bored beneath. At Stokes Rd. there will be an 8-inch wet connect. At Avangard site tie in there will be an 8" water meter assembly and plug. Restore Site to existing conditions or better. The deadline to ask questions is 8/22/2023 12:00 AM CST Proposals must be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or a bid bond from a surety company holding a permit in the State of Texas for an amount equal to 5% of the amount bid It is further understood and agreed that the work is to be completed in full within 120 calendar days after notification to proceed,
