Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gretna, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of Site Pregrading Work for a future High School Building, future Parking Lots, and future Athletic Fields. The Grading Work for this project will involve approximately 56 Acres of the Site along with Surcharge placement for the Building. Additional Work includes the required SWPPP measures, a small amount of storm sewer installation, and some seeding. CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Please return bid documents within 30 days of bid date. The Project shall be substantially complete on or before .lune 4, 2021. Upon reaching Substantial Completion, the outstanding items that need to be completed and or corrected shall be completed not later than sixty (60) days after Substantial Completion.
