Renovation of a municipal facility in Lac La Biche, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade municipal facility.
Provincial Building exterior cladding and window replacement. Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 A phased approach to the Work of this Contract. .2 Selective demolition that includes but not limited to: .1 Removal of existing pre-cast cladding and adjacent glazing system on a sequential and phased basis to maintain during construction an operational building. .2 Removal of existing parapet and perimeter of roofing assembly at areas shown on drawings. .3 Removal of existing stucco at vestibule soffits at areas shown on drawings. .4 Removal of cementitious parging at base of walls at areas shown on drawings. .3 Construction of new structural elements to support new cladding and windows. .4 Supply and installation of new cladding, windows, and vestibule exterior doors as well as all associated accessories as noted in the specifications and shown on drawings. .5 Removal and re-installation, as required, of mechanical and electrical systems within the scope of work area to allow for the work. .6 Repairs to remaining finishes. .7 Repairs and work to remaining exterior sidewalks, hard and soft landscaping. .8 Associated site work. .9 Cash allowance scope of work as noted in specification Section 01 21 13 - Cash Allowance.
