Work of this Contract comprises general construction of: Safety and Security upgrades; Provision of exit signs to Building 1 (40 exit signs), building 5 (26 exit signs) and Building 6 (6 exit signs) HVAC improvements: Air Compressor Replacement ( building 2) ADA Renovations: Building 1 - Restroom renovations to rooms 102H, 102J, 106 and 166; Building 2 - Restroom renovations to rooms 292 and 292 Building Envelope improvements: re-roofing for buildings 1,2,3,6,8,9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 Stem lab Renovations: Building 1- Provide Business Technology Center in rooms 223, 224, 225 and 227; Aviation Lab in room 194; Building 2- Health and Wellness in rooms 2001 and 2002 P.001846
