Site work and paving for a road / highway in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bituminous asphalt resurfacing of Tincher Rd for 1.01 miles and 18' width between Cooney Rd and Bunker Hill Rd.in Morgan County. Project will include a 3" mill with a 2" HMA overlay resurface. Project must be completed within 60 days from the Notice to Proceed. Project will include a 3" mill with a 2" HMA overlay resurface. Project must be completed within 60 days from the Notice to Proceed. Contractors shall comply with all requirements of IC-5-16-13. are firmly bound unto Morgan County, Indiana in the full and just sum of an amount equal to FIVE PERCENT of the amount of the Principal's Bid, to the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we jointly and severally bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and successors, firmly by these presents. Bid Bond or Certified check in the amount of 10% of the Bid is required. Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount shall be provided prior to return of the Bid Bond and prior to start of construction. Payment Bond is required in the amount of 100% of the bid amount prior to return of Bid Bond administered per IC36-1-12-13.1.
