The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes only: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00. The work in general consists of providing all material, labor and equipment necessary to replace existing HVAC units required for cooling of the MDF server room. This project includes but is not limited to demolition of existing HVAC unit or units, installation of new HVAC unit or unit to adequately cool the IT equipment within the space, insulation as required, electrical changes to accommodate the new HVAC unit(s), and fire system adjustment and/or improvements. Any statements made at this conference will not change the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents unless an Addendum has been issued from OMD and advertised on the ORPIN System. Bidders or their authorized representative are required to attend this mandatory pre-bid conference. Bids will only be evaluated from bidders or their authorized representative who registered and attended the mandatory pre-bid conference, and all other bids will be considered non-responsive. All OMD facilities are governed by REAL ID compliance regulations. Security personnel are prohibited from accepting driver's licenses or ID cards from non-compliant states. Valid Photo identification in compliance with the REAL-ID compliance regulations is required for all individuals wanting access to OMD facilities.
