Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 42,750-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.

Interior renovation of an existing three story 42,750 sf building. The scope of work modifications to finishes throughout the building, design/build modifications to MEP Systems and door hardware will be replaced throughout the building. It is anticipated that design meetings will be held every two weeks through the duration of the design process. Weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings will be held during construction. Is anticipated that the design team will be represented in all of these meetings.
