Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Rantoul, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,024-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

Sealed Bids for the 2020 Salt Shed Proiect shall include: furnishing of all materials, equipment and labor necessary to install a 42' x 72' Calhoun fabric covered salt shed structure, including asphalt pavement removal, foundation earth excavation, bank pour concrete grade beams, form and pour 8' concrete walls, pour 8" concrete slab with wire mesh and other incidental work. The contract shall include; furnishing of all materials, equipment and labor necessary to install a 42' x 72' Calhoun fabric covered, salt shed structure, including asphalt pavement removal, foundation earth excavation, bank pour concrete grade beams, form and pour 8' concrete walls, pour 8" concrete slab with wire mesh as indicated on the Plans and in accordance with the appropriate provisions given in these Specifications The work shall include all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the proper execution and completion of the work as shown in the plans and as specified. It shall also include all work not specifically mentioned but which is reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the completion of the work. The CONTRACTOR shall give the ENGINEER a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours advance notice when work will be started or re-started on any phase of the project. Quantities indicated in this document are estimates and the CONTRACTOR is informed that there may be deviations from these when the project is completed. The deviations shall not be a reason for the CONTRACTOR to default on the work indicated herein and/or the amounts indicated in the Proposal for each pay item.
