The bids shall provide the cost for furnishing all necessary equipment, materials, labor, related services, permit fees and complying with all related Federal (EPA, OSHA, HUD), State and Local regulations for the following: Base Bid (Lump Sum) Work involves but is not limited includes the removal of the existing 60-ton rooftop air handlers. This project will include all mechanical, electrical, and control installation for the replacement of the associated air handlers at the Raleigh Housing Authority's Headquarters, a 3 story commercial office building. As an alternate, a 5% bid bond issued by a corporate surety licensed by the State of North Carolina may be filed with the bid. The Raleigh Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
