Construction Manager for Prairie Grove School District is accepting subcontractor and supplier bids for the construction of a new 7th & 8th Grade Facility totaling approximately 55,000 square feet and all associated earthwork, utilities, site improvements and amenities. Trade Contractor Packages in excess of $100,000 will not be accepted without a copy of the signed bid bond and/ or cashier's check with correct bid date. Material Supply Packages in excess of $100,000 will not be accepted without a copy of the signed 5% bid bond and/ or cashier's check with correct bid date. If applicable, bid bonds must be emailed with bid. If emailed, sealed originals must be received within 48 hours after bid. All bidders shall meet Pick-it Construction's Contract Requirements including execution of Standard Subcontract, Purchase Order, Payment Bond and Performance Bond, Standard form for Pay Application and comply with policies on Grant Disclosure, Illegal Immigration, Drug Testing, Sexual Offenders, and Background Checks. Bidders must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractors License Board as is necessary to perform their scope of work. All work will be in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. All questions concerning the project should be directed to Pick-it Construction. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
