Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project: Installation of Three (3) Pickleball Courts Project will be located at the existing Tennis Courts near the intersection of Pittman & Douglas St To Whom It May Concern, The City of Prairie Grove will be accepting bid proposals for the installation of 3 Pickleball Courts - 65' X 95' Concrete slab and 10' X 30' of sidewalk connecting the new court to existing sidewalk. Concrete shall be a minimum of 4" thick / wire reinforced with 12" turndown edge on all sides. Bids shall include three (3) pickleball nets with poles, six (6) 20' light poles with two (2) 300-watt lights, court surfacing and stripes. The installation of approx. 220 feet of 6' tall chain link fence with one (1) 3' x 6' chain link gate, approx. 110' of 4" chain link fence with one (1) 3' X 4' gate. Poles for fence shall be set before concrete is poured. All labor, supplies, and additional materials required to complete the project, shall be provided by the approved bidder. All Contractors shall be licensed in the State of Arkansas. The city of Prairie Grove will be responsible for site restoration.
