Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Shelbyville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The phased repair of the Chautauqua Building will include structural repair, roofing, siding and windows, and painting. Bids will be accepted for the entire project or for each separate phase of the project. Please contact the City Clerk's Office at 217/774-5531 if you have additional questions or would like to view the building. All bids must use prevailing wage rates. Contractor must provide Builder's Risk coverage for the duration of the project. The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
