As of 1/28/2021 Demolition and Removal of Pavilion #1 has been cancelled since it has been decided now to just replace and rebuild the concrete and not to remove it. The demolition and removal of Pavilion #1 including removal of all concrete and building structural materials. The Pavilion is located at Forest Park, North 9th Street, Shelbyville All bids must use prevailing wage rates . The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
