Site work and paving for a road / highway in Rock Island, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Rock Island is seeking proposals to furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform the operations for the application of approximately 30,000 sq. yards of CRF Maltene based restorative seal for bituminous pavement (or equal). This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all operations for the application CRF Maltene-Based Restorative Seal to the surface of bituminous pavements as a restorative seal. The restoration of bituminous pavement surfaces shall be by spray application of a cationic restoring emulsion specially designed for this function. The base used for the emulsion shall be naphthenic. All work shall be in accordance with the requirements, the applicable drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of these guidelines.
