Tangerine Road, Marana, AZ 85653 and is located in the Tangerine Road public Right-of-Way west of Interstate 10 approximately 4,900 feet in the SW quadrant of section 36 in Township 11 South, Range 11 East of the Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian (also referenced as D-l 1-11 236ACA) This project is a Town of Marana Capital Improvement Project that entails the construction of a new 3,000 gpm booster station and equipment including above ground headers and mechanical equipment, PRV, flow meters, underground piping, 5,000 gallon hydrotanks (2 each), air compressors (2 each), instrumentation and control, electrical including any and all necessary coordination with the power company (onsite and offsite), an electrical rack or electrical building (Bid Alt 1), an automatic transfer switch and generator (Bid Alt 2), site wall and rolling gates, site grading including compacted AB and gravel, and programming. The relocation of the CMID non-potable line is also included in this project and shall be included in the bid complete. The relocation of the Southwest Gas main is not a part ofthis project and shall not be included in the bid. All improvements and equipment called for, shown or required shall be delivered and installed complete per the approved plans. The contractor is responsible for applying for and acquiring all necessary permits. Permit fees shall be paid for by Marana Water directly and shall not be included in the bid. All taxes and bonding (performance and payment) shall be included in the bid.
