The City of El Mirage, Arizona (City) seeks proposals for a Design-Build team to furnish all labor, material, transportation services and equipment (including cost of insurance and all payroll taxes on such labor) for the Water Reclamation Facility Effluent Filter Project as further described in the Scope of Work and Project Specifications section of this Request for Proposals. Jobsite location is in the City of El Mirage at the City's water reclamation facility (WRF). No charge shall be allowed for your preparing a response to this Request for Proposals (RFP). The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, or to withhold the award for any reason it may determine, and to waive or not to waive any informalities in any submittal. All information regarding the content of the specific submittals will remain confidential until a contract is finalized or all submittals are rejected. Any questions related to the RFP shall be directed to the Procurement Department. Questions should be submitted in writing via email to vojeda@elmirageaz.gov. Any correspondence should refer to the appropriate RFQ number, page, and paragraph number. Questions may not be submitted after Thursday, August 13, 2020 At any time prior to the specified due date and time, a Proposer (or designated representative) may withdraw the proposal.
