Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in El Mirage, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,370-square-foot office development; for site work for a office development; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of January 4, 2023, the project has not been awarded. Although the project is expected to be awarded by the end of January, 2024, an exact timeline for award has not been established. The New Building Envelope Will Consist of a Stacked Bond Integral Color 8x8x16 Concrete Masonry, Steel Pipe Fencing, Ribbed Metal Siding With Accent Color to Align With Fenestration, Aluminum Storefront and Window Systems With Plate Steel Shade Hoods. Parking Lot, Sidewalk, Retention, and Landscape Improvements Are Also Included With This Project. Further Delivery Instructions Are Contained in the Ifb.
