Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and all icedentals for ADA improvements to the City Hall Annex Building, 126 Harvey Street. Punta Gorda, FL 33950. Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline: August 17, 2020 at 3:00 PM ET State of Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC), or Certified Building Contractor (CBC), or Registered General Contractor (RG), or Registered Building Contractor (RB) are required to perform services for this project. A Surety Bond is NOT applicable to this solicitation. The CITY and the CONTRACTOR agree that this Agreement shall be substantially completed within 45 consecutive calendar days and reach final completion within 53 consecutive calendar days upon the formal issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The CONTRACTOR agrees to commence work within 5 consecutive calendar days upon the formal issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to 1) cancel a solicitation; and 2) accept and/or reject any or all Submittal Packages.
