The City desires to contract with an experienced and licensed Contractor for minor light construction, repair and/or maintenance services for various City facilities as may be required. REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATION: State of Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC), or Certified Building Contractor (CBC), or Registered General Contractor (RG), or Registered Building Contractor (RB) are required to perform services for this project. Solicitation Package Protest deadline: July 3, 2025 at 3:00 pm ET Question Deadline 07/24/2025 at 3:00 PM ET - Inquiry and Clarification Request.
