The project includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction to construct the following improvements: 1. Replacement of the existing climber style mechanical bar screens with new chain and rake style mechanical bar screens. 2. Replacement of the existing belt conveyor and provision of a new diversion gate and two washer/compactors. 3. Associated electrical, mechanical, and appurtenant Work in the Preliminary Treatment Building. *All work is to be completed 260 days after the execution of the contract.
