Site work and paving for a civil project in Castle Rock, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work to be performed under this contract includes the reconstruction of pavement and sanitary sewer for two alleys in the Downtown Castle Rock area. The major work items include; asphalt removal, sanitary sewer system replacement (including service connections within Town ROW), subgrade reconditioning, aggregate base course placement, concrete pavement placement and ADA improvements. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The Contractor shall substantially complete the work within forty-five (45) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Notice to Proceed estimated to be issued between September 8, 2020 and September 15, 2020.
