Job Location Town of Castle Rock Question Acceptance Deadline 11/03/2022 06:30 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No SCOPE: This Project was established to complete construction of a roundabout at the Crystal Valley Parkway / Plum Creek Boulevard intersection. General Description - The work to be performed under this contract includes removal/replacement of existing asphalt pavement, aggregate base course, hot mix asphalt paving at various depths and types within the streets, storm and water pipe, manholes/inlets and appurtenances, sidewalk, pavement markings, signs, curb and gutter, and landscaping. The work under this contract also includes traffic control, erosion control installation and maintenance, potholing and coordination with all utilities. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with these plans and specifications. The contractor shall complete all work within two hundred seventy (301) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date. The Notice to Proceed date is estimated to be December 19, 2022. If contract calendar days are exceeded "liquidated damages" will be assessed. General Requirements - Bidder Prequalification/Preregistration Required - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required
