Construction of a new trail is located through the Town of Castle Rock. The Property is owned by the Town of Castle Rock. The new trail includes: site grading, concrete flatwork, multiple RCP with FES stormwater culverts, box culvert creek crossings (2), pedestrian bridge crossing (2), retaining walls (concrete, block and sculpted shotcrete), railroad steel canopy structure and general erosion control measures as shown on plans and details. The construction services for this work shall include but not be limited to: Manage all construction activities while constructing the designed improvements. Coordinate all deliveries to minimize disturbance to surrounding residents. Create a safe and secure work environment. Attend weekly owner and contractor meetings. Coordinate all work as to create a flow and most efficient way for productivity. Work closely with Town departments/utility companies and agencies. The contractor will be required to coordinate work with the Union Pacific Railroad and pay for associated fees. Maintaining and/or repairing existing erosion control measures.
