Building 12 membrane roof has been torn allowing water under the membrane so this will require removal of anything under the membrane and replacement with a new membrane and installation. Building 7 currently is 1/2 ballast roof, I would like to remove the rocks and have and a attached membrane roof installed. The second 1/2 of building 7 is attached membrane roof and just needs replaced, the outer sections have been replaced recently and therefore will not need to be replaced. Building 2 is 3/4 ballast and 1/4 attached membrane, I would like to make this whole building an attached membrane roof. If the cost of the quote is to exceed $50,000 bonding is required ;The successful Bidder shall give a Performance Bond equal to the amount of the Contract Price. The Performance Bond shall guarantee: (a) the faithful performance and completion of the work in strict accordance with the terms of the Contract, and each and every covenant, condition and part thereof, according to the true intent and meaning of the Contract Documents, as defined in the Contract and (b) the repair or replacement where required, or the cost thereof, for a period of one year after the issuance of the Certificate of Acceptance or until all warranty work is completed, whichever occurs last, of all work performed under the Contract.
