Site work for a water / sewer project in Castle Rock, Colorado. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of September 4, 2024, this project is in the design phase. Construction is not anticipated to begin until 2029. Previous solicitation listed below for reference: Castle Rock Water is seeking a Consultant Team to provide design engineering services for a drainage infrastructure capital improvement project on Mitchell Gulch in The Founders Village neighborhood. An existing retention pond on the north side of Mikelson Boulevard is silted in, overgrown with vegetation and does not meet current dam construction criteria per the Colorado Division of Water Resources Dam Safety Program. Expertise for this project is solicited in surveying, subsurface utility investigation, floodplain management, stormwater detention facilities, dam design and permitting, stream stabilization, water control, revegetation, USACE 404 permitting, and FEMA CLOMR/LOMR approval.
