Renovation of a museum in Williamsburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

This contract is for replacement of the canopy fabric and laces and installation.Four triangular sections make up one of two canopies. The overall size of one canopy is 22' x 22'. The agency maintains an amenities area in the River Front area of the Jamestown Settlement site. Inspection has revealed that the canopy fabric and lacing ropes are worn and in need of replacing. The intention of the agency is to replace damaged materials. Project Manager Freda Rosso, Capital Project Manager or 757-253-7215 Prior to award, all communications with the agency must be through the Myra Borchardt, Procurement Officer, 757-253-7207, procurement@jyf.virginia.gov Direct and submit all inquiries to Myra Borchardt , Procurement Officer at procurement@jyf.virginia.gov. Submit in writing by August 14, 2020 at 2:00PM. Questions received after this deadline will not be considered. This contract is for replacement of the canopy fabric and laces and installation.
