Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Laketown, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
Construction of new restroom, well house, and storage buildings along with utility connections. Finished restroom building to include men's, women's and family restrooms, storage rooms, and large entry way. Well house to include single well room. Storage building to included single storage room. Construction includes concrete stem walls with slab on grade foundation, CMU masonry and wood framed walls, and wood truss roof system with metal roof. Connections to existing main utility lines. Construct Work to allow for review of all trenching and excavation, concrete and masonry work, and piping prior to backfilling or other work that would prevent a complete visual inspection by Code Officials Only firms pre-qualified during Stage I of the RFS are allowed to bid on this project.
