Renovation of a municipal facility in Laketown, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project. Question Deadline 08/08/2025 at 3:00 PM MT online submission. Project Description: Electrical improvements for the Bear Lake Rendezvous pump house including an emergency generator. Detailed Project Description/Base Bid: The project consists of replacing the existing 120/240v single phase electrical service serving rendezvous beach pump house with new 480v 3 phase service. Project includes: 120/208v 3 phase distribution to pump house and re-feeding all existing equipment not identified as being removed. Replacing existing electrical raceways/devices with new rated for pump house environment Replacing heater and adding exhaust fan/louvers to accommodate previously installed chlorine system. Replacing the existing pump house emergency back up with new 70kw Standby Propane Generator. New propane piping for new generator, pump house heater, and re-feeding (3)houses/trailers.
