The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. The Work includes all of the work of Divisions 01 thru 33 for the UDOT Green River Panel Coating and Mechanical Revisions. 2. Project will be constructed in accordance with DFCM requirements. This project has two main phases. The first focuses on exterior panel work, primarily involving repairs to Concrete Tilt-Up Panels. This includes filling honeycomb areas, routing and filling cracks, recaulking joints, and applying an exterior concrete panel silicone-modified elastomeric coating. For the coating application, all external fixtures like lights and signage will need to be removed or covered as specified. The second phase covers interior and roof work in the wash bay, materials testing lab, and construction office. This will involve installing and verifying tube heaters, adding ventilation to the wash bay, and replacing the ventilation hood in the materials lab. The base bid encompasses all equipment, labor, and materials required to complete the work as outlined in the plans and specifications. Concrete tilt-up panel and interior modifications Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
