This Procurement is a 100% Competitive Set-aside for Small Businesses. The work scope of this project is estimated to be $500,000 to $1,000,000 This is the request for proposal (RFP) for the construction and replacement of a temporary tactical communications (TACCOM) tower and shelter located in Warroad, Minnesota. The 200' guyed tower is to be replaced with a 200' self-supported (SST) tower that is expandable to 220'. There is also an existing shelter that will be replaced with a 12'X20' pre-cast shelter, that will accommodate a 50% future growth potential of rack space. This project will also accommodate the installation of a LP generator and tank with a power rating of no more than 75% capacity. All work is included in, and will be performed in accordance with, the statement of work, drawings, specifications and other documents attached to this announcement. This RFP is a 100% small business set-aside.
