This project, identified by staff, will upgrade the existing stormwater infrastructure that is within West Street, from Division Street to Mary Street. This area consistently floods with a moderate rain event in the City Design is planned for FY 2021 and construction is scheduled for FY 2023. As of December 21, 2021, this project is included City of Dover's FY 2022-2026 CIP. A consultant has been selected to conduct a feasibility study. Information regarding design firm and general contractor selection has not been disclosed. Construction is slated to begin in 2023. However, a firm date has not been disclosed. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
