Crittenden County Office Complex Addition/Renovation 10,000 square foot Renovation Approximately 3500 square foot Addition Bid security in the amount of ten (10) percent of each Proposal submitted, must accompany each Proposal in accord with the Form of Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Owner can be served. A Bid may not be modified, withdrawn, or canceled by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days following the time and date designated for receipt of Bids and Bidder so agrees in submitting his Bid. Prospective contractor to provide a Performance and Payment Bond with a penal sum equivalent to 100% of the contract sum plus the total of all purchase orders.
