Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project no: 610A4-19-105 Utility work to include: Replaced water lines will be resized and placed on the campus to provide required capacity for future requirements (include fire hydrants, post shut off valves, shut off valves), replace existing storm water (include storm grates and manholes (as necessary)), provide new storm water drainage for parking lots and site to meet local code requirements, replace existing sanitary sewer lines, remove unused or abandon existing lines, create storm water detention. Parking Lot work to include: Reconfigure existing and constructing new parking lot. This will include a new curb cut and entrance from Randallia Drive. Demo existing parking Lot A and build a new lot, resurface other parking lot space, seal remaining parking lot space, restriping all parking in accordance to updated design for improved traffic flow / pattern, add curbing at parking lots and collect storm water and run to city storm water system, move and provide additional light poles for new parking lot plan, modify sidewalks and signage to fit new parking lot layouts, provide emergency communication system on site for communication with VA Police, repair existing curbs and ramps. 1. Project 610A4-19-105, Repair Underground Utilities, VHA Northern Indiana Health Care System Ft. Wayne, IN. 2. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits and supervision necessary to accomplish all work as provided for in the Contract document, Plans and Specifications, supervision necessary to complete the construction to Repair Underground Utilities and reconfigure Parking, Ft. Wayne VAMC. This solicitatin is 100% set aside for a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. NAICS Code 237130, Size Standard $39.5m Only bids from VA-verified SDVSOBs in the Deparment of Veteran Affairs, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database (https//www.vip.vetbiz.gov/) at the time of bid submission and prior to award will be eligible for award. 7. Joint Bentures (JV) are also subject to the same SDVOSB, VetBiz, requirement as "regular" SDVOSBs are. Moreover, the prime venture partner must be the SDVOSB partner used to create the JV. NOTICE: The VA and/or a third party (support contractor) will require access to the VA contractor records to assess contractor compliance with the limitations on subcontracting reuirement included in VAAR 852.219-10. See Limitations On Subcontracting - Monitoring and Compliance (June 2011) located in the General Condition Section of this Solicitation.
