As of August 12, 2025, project was awarded to Bunn Excavating Inc, awarded amount is $128,287.70. The Fort Wayne Allen County Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding procedure. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the bid or proposal form. The Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin (including limited English proficiency),creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award. A bid bond with good and sufficient surety, issued by a company licensed to do business in the State of Indiana, or, in the alternative, a certified check on a solvent bank, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid insuring that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and the performance of its proposal secured, must accompany the Contractor's bid.
