Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Renovating the Hanna Street corridor by installing a new 8' wide concrete trail along the east side of Hanna Street from E. Wallace Street to E. Berry Street. This will enhance connectivity for the residents of the East Central neighborhoods. Concrete drive and alley approaches and new ADA curb ramps along with upgraded storm sewer infrastructure is included. Connecting sidewalk segments and new concrete curbing is included as well. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days to allow review of bids before announcing award of contract. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
