Fort Wayne Community Schools Rebid for Miscellaneous Improvements at Anthis, FACE, and Grile Bid Package 14 Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount may be required to be provided by the successful bidder to Hagerman, Inc. and the Owner no later than ten (10) days after the execution of such contract. Such bonds shall remain in full force and effect for a period of twelve (12) months after the date of Substantial Completion. Fort Wayne Community Schools reserves the right to assign all or any portion of any bid and/or contract to any non-profit building corporation controlled by Fort Wayne Community Schools without the consent of any other party, and any employee of Fort Wayne Community Schools may be designated by Fort Wayne Community Schools and/or any such non-profit building corporation to serve as the authorized agent or representative of such non-profit building corporation with respect to any such bid or contract.
