The Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, constructing the Work described below and all related appurtenances. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Installation of the RNG System Equipment. 2. Furnish and installation of all equipment, interconnecting piping, architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical, and instrumentation work. 3. Interconnection site. C. Contracting Method: The Project shall be constructed under one prime Contract. D. The Work shall be performed in such a manner that minimizes shutdown and disruption of the Owner's facilities. E. OWNER-furnished Materials and Equipment: 1. RNG system equipment per Section 433260 "Biogas Membrane Separation System Installation". 2. Transformer T2 that is being relocated per the Drawings. Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, WPCP Renewable Natural Gas Facilities as follows: Installation of Owner provided packaged biogas membrane separation system, media, and all appurtenances. Additionally, furnish and install cooling water system equipment, associated piping, reject gas flare, interconnecting piping, interconnecting equipment, and instruments.
