Job Order Contract (Joc) Program General Services Department Request for Qualifications For Job Order Contract (JOC) Program31.0INTRODUCTIONThe County of Santa Barbara General Services Department ("County") is soliciting proposals for professional services for the development, implementation and support of a Job Order Contract (JOC) Program from qualified service providers ("service providers"). The JOC program will include competitively bid, indefinite quantity contracts in which contractors bid an adjustment factor to preset construction unit prices used to accomplish work needed for small size, multi-trades, minor construction, repair and remodel projects. JOC is essentially a unit price contracting approach governed by PCCC 201285.The duration of the JOC professional services contract will be a minimum of three (3) years, plus two (2), 1- year time extensions with mutual agreement. Therefore, the maximum duration of the JOC professional services contract may last up to five (5) years. Deadline for Final Questions 8/19/20 Any questions requiring a formal response must be submitted in writing and must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 19, 2020.
