Site work and paving for a civil project in Courtright, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work is located on First Street, off of Centre Street, in the Village of Courtright, Township of St. Clair. The work includes: - Remove and replace 1200mm man holes - Remove and replace 200mm sanitary sewer including 150mm services - Installation of a new 150mm PVC watermain including services & necessary appurtenances - Excavation of existing road base - Installation of new concrete curb c/w sub-drain - Installation of new granular road base, asphalt base & surface courses - Boulevard restoration It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions.
