The work is located on Wilkesport Line within the Township of St. Clair, from Highway 40, East approximately 5.2km to Baby Road. The work includes: 1. Road rehabilitation: - Pulverize, grade, and compact the existing road surface - Single course of fibre reinforced asphalt 2. Granular shoulder restoration It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
